Hello,

I am translating a document with a TM the client gave me.
I don´t know if I did the right settings in the TM, or not, because there is something I don´t understand:
The segments translated by me are saved in the TM because If I get back to segments I arleady translated, my translation appears. But then, when I open a new segment, and a sentence to be translated is quite similar to a sentence I translated, nothing appears in the TM.

I thought the TM could find a fuzzy match?

It sounds like your minimum match value is set too high.

Go to Options > TM Options > Minimum match value.

If this setting is too high, you may hardly get any partial matches. I prefer a value of 50%, if lower, you might get too much "crap", if higher you might not get many of the matches that could be useful.

You should post under Trados Support. Of course, you could also do a forum search.
