Hello everybody,

Thank you a lot for your comments an dyour help. Unfortunately I haven't been able to access the emails, I've found the folder (quite big) in dbx format, I downloaded a dbx viewer but still: nothing. So I suppose that's it. I cannot figure out what went wrong. I won't go crazy about it now- I explained my client and he sent me the latest files I've been working with. OE: never ever ever again!.

You may try a little experiment. Sep 19, 2006

Copy Posteingang.dbx to different location, rename it there, for example: Archiv.dbx, and copy it back to Outlook's folder in Windows Explorer.
Open Outlook Express and try opening the Archiv folder.

If it doesn't help, perhaps you might call the local MS Hotline.
Don't give up on your e-mails
