Invalid username or password when logging into new customer

Hi

I am using the Translators Basic Edition, v6.3 8541_en and Windows 7.

I have used this combination successfully for one customer and now want to add a second customer. The new customer has sent me *.cap file which I have Imported. The username given to me appears on the logon screen but when I type in the password given to me I get the message "Invalid username or password".

The customer doesn't know why this is happening and confirms they are using the same patch level.

Any ideas anyone? Is this a "feature" of the Basic Edition?

Hi Brian,

this is not the Basic Edition restriction, restrictions appear on later steps.
Could it be that customer has provided you with incorrect password?

If not, it makes sense to contact Across Helpdesk.

Maybe message is correct and you have a typo in password?

And, btw. update your version to the recent one, maybe this helps:
