... Apartamento número x, tipo dúplex,..... Tiene una superficie de xxx metros cuadrados. Le corresponde un coeficiente de copropiedad del xxxx por ciento. No consta el valor. Es el elemento número xx, de la finca xxx, al folio xx, del tomo xxx del Archivo, inscripción 2ª, que es la **extensa**, la cual está afecta al pago del Arbitrio de Plus Valía.

Was bedeutet hier „extensa“?
