| Reference: Internet sources for "Procedural anxiety" Reference information: For an explanation of the condition "Procedural anxiety" or "Procedure anxiety", there is a plethora of sources readily available on the Internet. I started with googling "Procedural anxiety" and the first item that came up was the web site "UpToDate.com" which had a brief and clear definition of the term: "Acute procedure anxiety is an excessive fear of medical, dental or surgical procedures that results in acute stress or avoidance". http://www.uptodate.com/contents/treatment-of-acute-procedur... Med eller utan hjälp av en ordbok har vi nu kommit fram till att det alltså rör sig om en överdriven rädsla för olika behandlingar och att denna rädsla leder till akut stress eller att vi undviker behandlingen. Men vad säger man på svenska? Finns det något svenskt uttryck som täcker det här? Kanske det helt enkelt skulle gå bra att säga "rädsla för behandling"? Om man googlar det uttrycket inom citationstecken får man upp mer än 24 100 förslag. Låter bra tycker jag, särskilt som åtminstone de på första sidan verkar komma från olika vårdinstitutioner. https://www.google.com/search?q="rädsla för behandling"&ie=u... Vill du ha bara ett ord? Försök med "behandlingsrädsla" --- bara 750 resultat på google men ett av de första kommer från IT i Vården så det verkar pålitligt. Och det är samma ord som Sven föreslår, och han har ofta rätt.
