This is normally "convoqué contre émargement", i.e. the summoned party is not given notice to appear by registered letter/acte d'huissier, but simply verbally, and as proof that the summons has been lawfully given, they sign the convocation, a copy of which is returned to them, while the original is filed with the court.
I'm not sure how you would translate this. "Lawfully summon(s)ed as proven by [the party's] signature", perhaps?
