I am a French-Lebanese having more than 15 years
of legal experience in various law fields. I have accumulated throughout
the years extensive law experience in various legal fields including real
estate law, employment law, international law, Intellectual Property & ICT
Laws, commercial law as well as corporate law & contract law.

I am a French and Arabic native
speaker, perfectly bilingual with a proficiency level in English & Spanish. I
have been combining for more than 10 years my lawyer career with my passion for
translation and more particularly legal translation. Actually, in the framework
of my legal missions, I am often led to translate documents, letters and
correspondences so I am also used to legal terminology including IT terminology
due to my specialization in IP & ICT laws. I am also used to finance
terminology since law & finance are things that often come together in
pairs.

Initially I was educated in the French legal system
but given that my professional experience has conferred me a certain
international exposure, I can deal with different legal systems: besides the
Romano-Germanic civil law system I can deal with the common law system as well.

My wide & polyvalent professional experience has not only
broadened my analytical and synthetic mind but has also developed and sharpened
my professional competencies & linguistic skills. In-depth research &
cases analysis, form an integral part of my work: legal research, legal
writing and translation are an important part of my daily routine.
Thus, I can deal with any issue that may arise, whatsoever.

It was my love of languages that prompted me to
acquire the Spanish language and to obtain the official diploma of advanced
level in Spanish «DELE C1».

I Translate regularly all kind of legal
documents, correspondences & letters from/into Arabic, French, English,
Spanish.
