Besides my experience on medical translations, working as PAD (Patient Administration) Supervisor at an US military facility in Italy,  I acquired a general experience in different fields as well. I was appointed as HIPAA Officer to safeguard our patient's privacy and take action accordingly. Each year, for 24 yrs., me and all my colleagues we had mandatory trainings on Mass Casualty, Safety, Security, Occupational Health and Safety, Risk Assessment, etc.

My Unit sent me TDY to Landstuhl, Germany, several times for training on Tricare, Itemized billing, Tricare conferences, Coding

Coder courses and any other class concerning my job. I created SOPs related to Front Desk operations and to Medical Records, providing all the information and material necessary to perform the job according to several military regulations.
