Thank you for purchasing your new Flaring tool and welcome to the high temperature leakage-free flaring concept, designed from the ground up to HVAC systems.
For reaching maximum performance out of the use of your Flaring tool, carefully read these instructions and keep this manual for further reference.
Safety Information
Read and follow these instructions carefully:
The Flaring tool use a HIGH TEMPERATURE technology, due to friction between the metallic tube and the tool. For your safety, consider it HOT at all times.
Wait until the metallic tube and the tool to cool down before placing your hand onto the tube or the tool surface.
Always use protective gloves while working with the Flaring tool. SFI LEVEL 10 protection gloves. Direct skin contact with the tube or the tool may result in serious injuries and burns.
Always keep the Flaring tool well attached and fastened into the power tool you are using (Corded Drills, Cordless drills).
Always use protective glasses while working with the Flaring tool. ANSI Z87.1 eye protection (CAN/CSA Z94.3). Occasionally, chips may occur during the Flaring process and may get to your eyes, causing severe injuries, burns or even loss of vision.
Do not use any loose clothing and jewelry or approach the tool with loose long hair during the operation of the tool, as it may entangle and get caught around it, causing serious personal injury.
Stay alert, watch what you are doing and use common sense when operating the Flaring tool. Do not use the Flaring tool while you are tired or under the influence of drugs, alcohol or medication. A moment of inattention while operating the Flaring tool may result in serious personal injury.
Store the tools out of the reach of children and do not allow people unfamiliar with the Flaring tool or these instructions to operate the Flaring tool.
Instructions for Use
1. First, put the nut through the metallic tube;
2. Fasten the Flaring tool correspondent to the tube diameter, into the drill/screwdriver’s chuck, making sure it is not loose.
3. Make sure the HAMMERING MODE is OFF. Make sure the tubing is firmly held at all times. You may use your other hand to do it.
4. Turn ON, pull the trigger and keep the drill/screwdriver at MAXIMUM SPEED, at all time.
5. Keep the tube ALIGNED to the drill/screwdriver at all time and PUSH the Flaring SPIN all the way in, applying a CONSTANT PRESSURE, until the Stopper hits the tube.
6. Keeping the tube ALIGNED to the drill/screwdriver and also keeping the drill/screwdriver at MAXIMUM SPEED, pull off the Flaring SPIN from inside the tube. Remember: the whole Flaring process, in and out, shouldn’t take more than 5 to 7 seconds.
7. Right after the flaring process, the tube temperature is very high. Don’t touch it. Wait the heat to dissipate before touching the flare. The final result will deliver a 35 degrees, malleable flare, able to adapt itself to any flaring angle from 37 to 45 degrees, without cracking or leaking.
8. Assemble the nut into the equipment valve using a wrench for the coupling. As you’re doing this, the nut and the valve will shape the flared tube to its final angle and position, without cracking or leaking afterwards.
*Minimum Requirements
The SPIN tools are designed to work along with drills and/or screwdrivers, with minimum of 1,800 RPM and 500 watts for corded drills, or superior and 1,800RPM and 18V, or superior, for cordless drills.
Using the SPIN tools along with less powerful equipment may result in high decrease of performance.

Esta herramienta utiliza una tecnología basada en ALTAS TEMPERATURAS, debido a la fricción entre el tubo metálico y la herramienta. Para su seguridad, asuma temperaturas CALIENTES en todo momento.
Espere hasta que el tubo metálico y la herramienta se hayan enfriado antes de colocar su mano en el tubo o en la superficie de la herramienta.
Utilice siempre guantes de protección mientras esté trabajando con el abocinador. Los guantes deben cumplir con el nivel de protección SFI 10. El contacto directo con el tubo o la herramienta puede resultar en lesiones graves y quemaduras.
Mantenga en todo momento el abocinador bien colocado y firmemente ajustado en el taladro que esté utilizando (taladro con cable o taladro inalámbrico).
Utilice siempre lentes de seguridad mientras esté trabajando con el abocinador. Los lentes deben cumplir con lo establecido por el estándar ANSI Z87.1. Ocasionalmente, durante el proceso de abocinado pueden desprenderse astillas que, en caso de llegar hasta los ojos, pueden causar serias lesiones, quemaduras e incluso pérdida de la visión.
No utilice ropas sueltas ni joyas, ni se acerque a la herramienta con cabellos largos sueltos durante la operación de la misma, dado que puede enredarse y quedarse atrapado, causando serias lesiones personales.
Manténgase alerta, observe detenidamente cada acción realizada y utilice el sentido común cuando esté trabajando con el abocinador. No utilice esta herramienta cuando se encuentre cansado o bajo la influencia de drogas, alcohol o medicamentos. Un solo momento de distracción mientras opera el abocinador puede resultar en serias lesiones personales.
Guarde las herramientas fuera del alcance de los niños. Evite la utilización de la Herramienta de Abocinado por parte de personas no familiarizadas con la misma o que no hayan leído estas instrucciones.
Instrucciones de Uso
1. Primero inserte la tuerca en el tubo metálico.
2. Coloque el abocinador correspondiente al diámetro del tubo en el mandril del taladro, asegurándose de ajustarlo firmemente.
3. Asegúrese de que el MODO MARTILLO esté APAGADO. Asegúrese de que la tubería esté firmemente sostenida en todo momento. Puede utilizar su otra mano para ello.
4. Encienda el taladro, apriete el gatillo y mantenga el taladro a MÁXIMA VELOCIDAD en todo momento.
5. Mantenga el tubo siempre ALINEADO con el taladro y EMPUJE el abocinador completamente hacia adentro, aplicando PRESIÓN CONSTANTE, hasta que el Tope del SPIN se tropiece con el tubo.
6. Manteniendo el tubo ALINEADO con el taladro operando a MÁXIMA VELOCIDAD, retire con un movimiento firme el abocinador del interior del tubo. Recuerde que todo el proceso de abocinado, tanto la entrada como la salida, no debe tomar más de 5 a 7 segundos.
7. Justo después del proceso de abocinado, la temperatura del tubo es muy alta. No lo toque. Espere que el calor se disipe antes de tocar el extremo del tubo. El resultado final del abocinado debe ser de 35 grados, en estado maleable, capaz de adaptarse a cualquier ángulo de abocinado entre 37 y 45 grados sin que se presenten fracturas ni fugas.
8. Enrosque la tuerca en la válvula del equipo utilizando una llave inglesa para el acople. A medida que realice el acople, la tuerca y la válvula le darán la forma y el ángulo final al extremo abocinado del tubo, sin que se presenten fracturas ni fugas posteriormente.
*Requerimientos mínimos
Las herramientas SPIN están diseñadas para operar con taladros y/o destornilladores, a un mínimo de 1800 RPM y 500 vatios de potencia (o superior) para taladros con cable, y a 1800 RPM y 18V (o superior) para taladros inalámbricos.
Utilizar las herramientas SPIN con equipos de menor potencia puede resultar en una gran disminución del desempeño.

Le point extrait est situé sur le point le plus extrême de la scanline utilisée suivant la direction nominale du point à extraire.

Le point extrait est situé sur le maillage du nuage de points suite à la projection du point nominal suivant sa direction nominale.
Remarque :
L'orientation du point à extraire détermine le sens de parcours de la scanline pour effectuer les extractions.
Options du laser
Reduce Waviness
Cette fonction n'est accessible que si le palpeur est actif, sinon, un message d'erreur apparaît.
Elle permet de filtrer les fréquences parasites.
Lorsque cette fonction est lancée, un message d'attente du périphérique est affiché, aucune action sur le laser ou le palpeur n'est alors possible.
La fermeture de ce message indique le bon déroulement de la procédure.
Si la valeur calculée pour la réduction de l'ondulation est meilleure que l'actuelle, celle-ci est automatiquement appliquée.

Texte source - espagnol Los inicios de lo que hoy es MI ZER, se dan espontáneamente hace aproximadamente 10 años, luego de finalizar un evento en su iglesia local surge la primera canción compuesta por Nelson y Joel y a partir de allí nace la idea de unir esfuerzos para llevar un mensaje a través de la música, ya que compartían la necesidad de cantarle a Dios e influencias y gustos musicales similares.
Durante varios años estuvieron experimentando y componiendo canciones de diversos géneros anhelando algún día poder grabarlas; fue en este tiempo donde descubrieron que el género que más les apasionaba era Balada Pop/Rock.
En el 2008 Joel decide realizar estudios de canto en la ciudad de Maracaibo, mientras que en el 2010 Nelson se muda a Barquisimeto para realizar estudios musicales en esa ciudad.
Para finales del 2012 y luego de 3 años de haber congelado el proyecto debido a que cada uno se dedico a alcanzar metas personales, Nelson y Joel vuelven a unirse con la firme intención de realizar su primera producción discográfica. Es allí donde contactan a producciones la guarida para que se encarguen de la realización de su primera obra musical.
Es en el proceso de pre producción del disco donde estos chicos deciden tomar oficialmente el nombre de Mi Zer, que proviene de la unión del adjetivo MI y la palabra hebrea ZER, esta palabra Significa roca, traducido al español es MI ROCA, haciendo referencia a JESUCRISTO como nuestro único salvador. Su primer disco lleva por nombre SOÑANDO EN SECRETO, motivado por el tiempo que estuvieron luchando por concretar lo que tanto anhelaban.

Towards the end of 2012, and after 3 years of having put the musical project on hold while each one strived to reach their personal goals, Nelson and Joel joined once more with the firm intention to begin the production of their first album. To that end, they contacted “La Guarida Productions” who were chosen to take on the responsability of producing their first album.
During the album pre-production process, the duet decides to oficially take the name “Mi Zer”, which comes from combining the Spanish possesive pronoun “Mi” (“My”, in English) and the Hebrew word “Zer” (or “Tser”), which means “rock”; the duet’s name translated in English would be “MY ROCK”, referring to JESUS CHRIST as our only savior. Their first album is titled “Soñando En Secreto” (Dreaming In Secret), inspired in the period of time they were struggling to bring their dream to reality.
