A).- Disolver comunidades de bienes de la que poderdante forma parte, adjudicando su participación a la persona o personas que tenga por conveniente, por el precio y condiciones que libremente estipule, incluso aunque haya exceso de adjudicación pudiendo abonar como crea conveniente.
B).-Vender las participaciones que le pertenecen a la Entidad española „Deutsches Arstehaus Sociedad Limitada“, incluso venderse a si mismo, por el precio y condiciones que crea conveniente.
Podrá recibir el importe tanto de la Disolución como las ventas que se formalicen, al contado a la firma de la correspondiente escritura de disolución de la comunidad o de compraventa, con anterioridad a la misma o a plazos y en este último caso, constituyendo las garantías incluso reales que estime convenientes y que podrá concelar en su día.
C).- Presentar y suscribir declaraciones a nombre de los sujetos pasivos.
D).- Recibir de la Hacienda Pública Española, las cantidades por devoluciones que resulten a favor de los sujetos pasivos, haciendo suyas las cantidades devueltas.
E).- Y a los expresados fines, otorque y firme cuantos documentos públicos o privados fueren necesarios, aunque al hacerlo incida en la figura jurídica de la autocontratación, doble o múltiple representación o existan intereses contrapuestos.

B).- Verkauf ihrer Anteile der spanischen Gesellschaft „Deutsches Arstehaus Sociedad Limitada “, sogar an sich selbst zu den von ihr frei festgelegten Preisen und Konditionen.
Sie kann den Erlös der abgeschlossenen Auflösung oder Verkäufe in bar entweder vor der Unterzeichnung der entsprechenden Urkunde zur Auflösung der Gütergemeinschaft oder der Kaufurkunde einfordern oder in Raten; und in diesem Fall leistet sie die Sicherheiten, einschließlich sachliche Sicherheiten, die sie für angebracht erachtet und die sie jederzeit widerrufen kann.
C).- Vorlage und Unterschrift von Erklärungen im Namen der Steuerpflichtigen.
D).- Einbehalten zu ihren Gunsten der Steuerrückzahlungen durch die Spanische Steuerbehörde an die Steuerpflichtigen.
E).- Und zu genannten Bestimmungszwecken sind sämtliche notwendigen öffentlichen und privaten Dokumente auszustellen und zu unterzeichnen, auch wenn die bevollmächtigte Person dadurch auf beiden Vertragsseiten steht oder doppelte bzw. vielfache Vertretungen oder gegensätzliche Interessen bestehen.

Bio
I have been working as a freelance translator since January 2011.
Since graduating with a MA in Software and Multimedia Translation from the University Menéndez Palayo and a Bachelor in Translation and Interpretation from the University of Málaga (Spain), I have been working freelance with a special focus on legal and medical topics.
My experience covers a vast of array of different subtopics. Within medical I can look back on 10 years of experience in the medical market research area, which later on expanded to clinical trial documents, patient information leaflets, medical devices and medical products. Due to my specialisation in legal texts, contracts of all types also form part of my standard workload.
I also have extensive experience in Gaming related texts and Post Editing of Machine Translation.
I currently live and work in Spain, but I was born and raised in Germany. My mother tongue is German, but Spanish has in the meantime become my second near native tongue.
