I am a professional freelance translator with MA degree in English and French translation and 15 year's experience in various fields, e.g. Human Sciences, Journalism, Advertising, Marketing, Art and Multimedia (incl. subtitles and dubbing scripts), Fashion, Medicine & Pharmaceuticals, R&D, Biology, Geography, Environment & Ecology, EU Law (EP, EC, EESC, etc.) and EU-related issues, Travelling, Culinary, Nature, Gardening, Healthy/Sustainable Lifestyle, etc. I appreciate transcreation projects where I can make use of my linguistic creativity. On the other hand, I have worked on translations of public opinion surveys where precision, accuracy and sensitive localization are a must. My other strengths include attention to detail, excellent analytic skills, time management, flexibility and ability to adapt to specific content limitations (e.g. for marketing purposes, social media channels or in subtitling) and various types of audience and purpose of the original text/copy.
