ARTICOLO 4 - Capitale sociale - Partecipazioni

ARTICOLO 7 - Utili

- to deposit the share capital detailed above that has been paid up for the purpose of the company’s incorporation and issue a wide-ranging receipt that discharges it from any and every liability.
