Ils ont également convenu de confier à la CEEAC le rôle de coordination générale et d'organe d'exécution des études, avec l'aide de la CCE. La gestion du projet sera assurée par les Parties, avec l'appui du Secrétariat général de la CEEAC et du Secrétariat de la CAE.

They also agreed to entrust ECCAS with the role of overall coordination and executing body for the studies, with the assistance of the EAC. The project management shall be ensured by the Parties, with the support of the ECCAS General Secretariat and the EAC Secretariat.
