Texte source - français Si les affirmations marchent, c'est pour une raison bien simple mais méconnue : dans notre cerveau, nos expériences des choses sont stockées aux mêmes emplacements que les mots qui les désignent. Autrement dit, la zone du cerveau qui s'allume lorsque nous voyons ou mangeons une banane est aussi celle qui s'allume lorsque nous disons le mot "banane" ou que nous pensons à une banane. Ce qui fait que penser à la guérison, c'est déjà, dans une certaine mesure, faire l'expérience de la guérison ; se concentrer sur la richesse, c'est déjà commencer à être riche ; et penser au calme, c'est déjà être calme.

In other words, the area of the brain that lights up when we see or eat a banana is also the one that lights up when we say the word “banana” or when we think of a banana.
This is why, to a certain degree, when we think of healing, we are already healing; when we concentrate on wealth, we are already starting to be wealthy; and when we think about being calm we are already calm.
