Nous avons compris que vous souhaitez vous attacher les services d'un Commissaire aux Comptes conformément à l'article 702 des AUDSC GIE de l’OHADA. Les missions assignées au Commissaire aux comptes sont consignées dans les articles 710 à 724 de l’acte uniforme cité ci-dessus. Certaines missions spécifiques sont explicitées dans les articles 150, 151, 153, 503, 504, 694 et 697 du même Traité. Les articles 725 et 726 précisent les responsabilités du Commissaire aux Comptes.
Aux termes de sa mission, le Commissaire aux Comptes doit émettre :
une lettre de certification de la régularité des Etats Financiers ;
une lettre de contrôle interne ;
un rapport spécial sur les conventions réglementées.
En outre, le Commissaire aux Comptes a pour mandat de vérifier la concordance des informations contenues dans le rapport de gestion avec celles des Etats Financiers.
Une expérience significative en matière d’audit des sociétés
Notre cabinet, bien que de création récente, dispose de solides références en matière d’audit comptable et financier et de commissariat aux comptes des sociétés de l’économie burkinabé. It is our understanding that you need the services of a statutory auditor in terms of article 702 of AUDSC GIE of OHADA. I have been fascinated by languages. My life can be broken down using my spoken languages as key points. Born in a Jula speaking African country, I was introduced to French and Moore(West African language) at the age of 7. I went on to learn English at 12 and German by the age of 16.
After two years in college, I won a Fulbright scholarship to study English in a College in Indiana. I have been practicing translation and am looking forward to building on it.
I like to learn a little bit about everything and that has facilitated my translation work.
