A XXXX, filial detida na totalidade pelo grupo XXXX, anunciou hoje que admite no dia 6 de Junho, no seu mercado regulamentado, 13.850.477.957 novas acções do XXXX, resultantes do aumento de capital que esteve em oferta de 19 a 30 de Maio.
Este aumento de capital enquadra-se no Plano de Capitalização do XXXX, que inclui também uma componente de Investimento Público realizada no dia 25 de Janeiro de XXXX, através de um Aumento de Capital, reservado ao Estado, no montante de 700 milhões de euros e emissão de Instrumentos de Capital Core Tier 1, condicionalmente convertíveis em acções, no montante de 400 milhões de euros.
