Bio
Born in Canada I speak English (native) and French (fluent). I have spoken English, French and Hungarian since early childhood and all three are natural to me. I moved to Hungary in 1989 and later studied at the ELTE Teacher Training College to become a Teacher of English and French language. Translation techniques were also included in the curriculum.
This is my 7th year working for a multinational company in the field of HR.
To mention only a few translations completed over the years: Infrastructure/Engineering :
-The state of Hungarian Roads before the year 2000 - a case study prepared for the Hungarian Government. / Hungarian to English.
-Comparative Legal History: Direct Democracy in Europe. /Hungarian to English.
-Catechism in the Catholic Church / English to French.
-International Assignment Taxes - /French to English.
My clients include private individuals, public agencies, universities and corporate clients.
