Bio
Counting 17 years of corporate, agency and freelance experience, Patrick Langlois has seen the many facets of the world of translation. His skills as a translator and reviser have served him well with his former employers, such as Rogers Communications Inc. and TELUS, as well as his current clients.
Mr. Langlois is known for his technical knowledge, often acting as a subject matter expert when it comes to new technologies. His creative mind also shines through in his marketing adaptations, rendering thought-out translations that reflect the culture of the intended market. Speed and quality are only a few of his skills, but they are both looked upon highly. As a freelance translator, Mr. Langlois is also keen on good personal relations, forging strong partnerships with his clients.
Mr. Langlois holds a B. A. in Translation from the Université de Montréal and is a Certified translator of the OTTIAQ. His fields of expertise are marketing, publicity, telecommunications, computer technology, video games, and the arts. He is also the founder and president of Vox Scriptoris.
