In order to enable rate review, SYSTEM should allow distinguishing between rates which are applied to new business and rates which are applied as a review of existing businesses. This means that, wherever reviewable rates are relevant, a new generation of rates should be set as a separate premium rates “edition” while review of rates for existing business as effective date branch within the same “edition”.
Editions under the same actuary table represent different generations of rates that relate to the same kind of business. For example, the rates for Life will be held under the same actuary table header (i.e., same actuary table version) but could have one or more editions.
A new edition will not apply to existing business. In order to apply new rates to existing reviewable business, entries with a new effective date should be set within an existing edition.
Each edition will have a starting effective date, so that only business starting after this date will use this edition. This will enable a client to set new editions in advance as the user wishes.
Once a new cover (or cover layer) is added the relevant edition will be established. This is done according to the start date of the cover (considering the quote date) and the starting effective date of the edition. The latest edition, that starts to be effective not later than the cover, will be used.
Similarly, for reinsurance layers, the actuary table edition will be established. For Original Terms treaties this will always be the same as for the underlying cover. For Risk Premium this will be the latest edition of the reinsurer actuary table that starts to be effective not later than the cover.

Для пересмотра размера страховой премии в Системе страхования следует различать ставки страховых взносов для новых клиентов и ставки, которые являются результатом пересмотра показателей для действительных клиентов. Это означает, что независимо от типа ставки, которая может быть пересмотрена, разработанные для нового клиента ставки следует считать их отдельным "вариантом", а измененные показатели ставок для действительных клиентов - пересмотром показателей в рамках одного и того же "варианта".
Варианты начисления страховых премий одного типа представляют собой различные модели формирования ставок, относящихся к одной отрасли деятельности. Например, ставки по страхованию жизни объединяют в страховой таблице под одной шапкой (т.е. в одной страховой таблице), однако, они могут быть распределены на группы по типу формирования.
Действие новых разработанных страховщиком ставок не распространяется на действующие договоры страхования. Для последних проводится пересмотр действующих страховых ставок, в рамках которых следует определить показатели с новыми сроками действия.
Для каждого варианта начисления страховых премий существует фактическая дата вступления в силу так, что клиенты может воспользоваться страховой услугой только после этой даты. Это условие предоставляет клиенту возможность разрабатывать варианты предварительно и в соответствии со своими пожеланиями.
Незамедлительно после составления перечня рисков, охватываемых страховым полисом, (леера) определяется соответствующий тип ставок. Это происходит в соответствии с датой вступления в силу договора страхования (как правило, предлагаемой в договоре датой) и начальной фактической датой. Начисления премии осуществляются по последнему варианту, который вступает в силу не позднее наступления страховой ответственности страховщика.
Таким же образом определяются страховые таблицы для ставок лееров при перестраховании. Для оригинальных договоров предусмотрены такие же случаи страхового покрытия, как и в основном виде страхования. При перестраховании с премией именно последняя редакция страховой таблицы перестраховщика вступает в силу не позднее наступления страховой ответственности.
