Rather than engaging with the actual content of the Asker's source text, and why the references you were citing and your proposed answer were utterly irrelevant to it, you preferred to claim 12 years' experience. I merely pointed out why experience based only on translating and interpreting (and apparently in neither French SL nor English TL), was inadequate in a context where a knowledge of construction is required.

I would never, ever, even to dumbest question, even under poor answer write such comment, if I never met a person before.
I do not know whether you are a construction engineer or what degree you have, but if you are even a professor in construction, this is a lack of elementary respect. Thank you for the "free" training offer but to learn something from the other person, first of all, requires mutual respect and understanding.

You admit that your French is "weak", to which I would add that so is your English and your work as an interpreter and translator is hardly a substitute for training and experience in the actual management of building projects. It isn't my role to provide you with a free seminar.

I work for over 12 years in the construction industry as a translator as well as on-site interpreter. My Frenc is weak. Could you please translate the whole sentence? Thank you in advance.

The context the Asker has provided is perfectly adequate. To anyone who has actually worked in construction (as opposed to occasionally translating in the construction field), this is standard stuff about protection of weather-proofing to the flat roof of a block of flats. Erzsébet's references to timber framed houses and sloping roofs are completely irrelevant, as is all the stuff about loading and studs.
