| Reference: Blinde vlek in het Nederlands? Reference information: Ik weet precies wat "amorcer" in het Frans en "to prime" in het Engels betekent maar het lijkt wel of er geen Nederlands woord voor bestaat. Vroeger sprak men wel van het "voeden" van de pomp, tegenwoordig zie ik ook wel eens "primen". Hoe dan ook, ik vind opstartvat een prachtige vertaling.
