.In the event that both Parties have complied fully with all the provisions of this Article, but one of the Parties is dissatisfied with the final decision, the aggrieved Party may, at its option, either appeal the decision to the U.S. Civilian Board of Contract Appeals, or file a suit in the U.S. Court of Federal Claims.

The Civilian Board of Contract Appeals (CBCA)

The Civilian Board of Contract Appeals (CBCA) is an independent tribunal housed within the General Services Administration. The CBCA presides over various disputes involving Federal executive branch agencies. Its primary responsibility is to resolve contract disputes between government contractors and agencies under the Contract Disputes Act.
