Mahnverfahren Agentur Frankreich - wie gehe ich vor?

Liebe Kolleginnen und Kollegen,

zum ersten Mal in meiner 25-jährigen Berufslaufbahn als Übersetzerin bekomme ich von einer Agentur, mit der ich seit vielen Jahren sehr gut zusammenarbeite (bzw. wohl zusammengearbeitet habe), meine Rechnungen nicht bezahlt.

Nach einigen formlosen Zahlungsaufforderungen per E-Mail bin ich jetzt so weit, dass ich das "offizielle" Mahnverfahren starten möchte.

Die Rechnung ist nun 8 Wochen alt und seit 4 Wochen fällig (vereinbart ist ein Zahlungsziel von 4 Wochen). Die Agentur hat ihren Sitz in Frankreich.

Vielen Dank im Voraus für eure Hilfe, es geht um viel Geld.
