Swedish term

återanskaffningstid

Swedish to English Tech/Engineering Transport / Transportation / Shipping
the term appears in a logistic agreement in connection with delivery planning and holding a buffer stock and probably indicates the period necessary for getting a desired product from the supplier.
Could this be 'delivery time' simply? or 'run-out time'?

Please provide the sentence where the terms occur if possible. Since it is referring to a contractual text, I guess there is some immediate context.

lead time

I think this is the more usual, perhaps slightly colloquial term. Can also say "fulfilment lead time" etc. See ref for good example of usage.

restocking time

Depending on the actual context.

replenishment interval/replenishment time

The time it takes to replenish the stock of sth.
A lot more googles on time, but the hits on interval are still highly relevant (I think...) in your case.
Peer comment(s):

neutral Clare Barnes : hmmm...replenishment is more "påfyllnad", which isn't really the same thing. It does depend on the context though.
4 hrs
In many contexts the two are indeed near-perfect synonyms: "återanskaffning av varor"="påfyllning av varor"

1 hr

replacement time

Based on FAR's definition of återanskaffning. (But yes, more context would be good).

"These nine standard configurations eliminate the requirement for stocking hundreds of unique MFC part numbers and therefore reduce inventory carrying costs. Furthermore, MultiFlo® technology reduces average replacement time from more than four hours to minutes for conventional MFCs, plus there are no reconfiguration costs associated with live gas re-calibration. I think - from looking at these and other info - that replacement time is the time from placing an order to receiving a part. Would that make sense in your context?
