The translation isn't perfectly clear from that page, but I found a bilingual annual report:
"Alle konsernets bedrifter har ansatte med spesielt ansvar for HMS-arbeidet. Dette omfatter eksempelvis bedriftshelsetjeneste, industrivern, indre og ytre miljø."
"All Group companies have their own officers responsible for work on HES, including company medical services, industrial safety, the working environment and the natural environment."
