I guess this text has suffered OCR ill-treatment
Jonde does not exist in a EKG but the R wave does.
A figure could be missing in front of mm, hence ST depression of "n" mm, sloping (now can't say up or downsloping, though I would say "downsloping)

Just a suggestion:
The phrase could be "sous-décalage # MM en pente", where # is the number of millimeters (mm) of the ST segment depression.
"En pente" should mean that the ST segment is not orizontal but either upsloping or downsloping.

I agree with Hervé: JONDE seems a typo.
The phrase could be "sous-décalage # MM en pente", where # is the number of millimeters (mm) of the ST segment depression.
"En pente" should mean that the ST segment is not orizontal but either upsloping or downsloping.
