Preventive Composition Application

The conciliation that prevent bankruptcy is regarded as a legal system, the objectives of which to assist the debtor or the trader acting in good faith to enter into contract with his debtor so as to prevent declaration of his bankruptcy under supervision and through judicial department, and the trader resort to the same upon his failure to pay his debts to its creditors and procedures and judgment are regulated in Law No. (9) of the year 2016
