English to Italian Bus/Financial Law: Contract(s)

The Client may communicate with the Bank by telephone, fax, postal mail or e-mail or by other means of telecommunication agreed with the Bank. The Client authorises the Bank to accept, next to written instructions, also instructions relating to his account transmitted by telephone, fax or e-mail (secure or unsecure), whatever the nature of such instructions and without a written or other confirmation being necessary even if the instruction relates to a purchase or sale or a transfer to a third party. All written communications sent to the address last indicated by the Client and all communications sent to the fax number or e-mail address last indicated by the Client or made available in the Client’s E-Documents folder shall be considered to have been duly sent to the Client and received by the Client (in relation to mail within the ordinary course of mail).
