I am translating an academic text on the slave trade and enslavement of Blacks in Colombia into US English. The book cover references all of the works written by the author, as well as who the publishers and the illustrators were.

I'm not familiar with "promotora" in relation to "editorial"

I think that is should be something like "Publishing House Sponsor of Chocoan Authors."
