Hello,
This comes in submissions in litigation about a wall that collapsed onto the neighbour's roof, damaging the roof and the intermediate floor.
The expert did a report and "... a estimé:
- les travaux de remise en état
- pertes mobilières".
Is Learned Counsel referring to loss of furniture or is it in the sense of "intangible losses" (similar found on Proz)?
I can't decide, no doubt because I've looked at it for so long! (The submissions are full of ambiguities and confusion reigns here ...:(
