Context You really are being far too economical with context here. We need to know considerably more about this letter to be able to make a proper suggestion. Unless you are content with Jo27's guess (which will probably be as good as any other guess) you need to tell us what the letter is about, or preferably, to paste in its text (by all means hide names and other confidential information).

Contexct So what organisation appears in the letterheading and what kind of organisation is the letter addressed to? What is the subject matter of the letter? children? hospital patients? civil servants? disc jockeys?

Yes...But the document is a letter ..hardly of 200 words...
But yes it is one is talking about share transfer

There isn't alot of context here, but I presume that this is a letter from a bank or an share intermediary, broker etc. French likes to call almost everybody who isn't a mere clerk an "expert" so I'm not sure that "expertise" needs translating
