selling of shares contract
Good morning/afternoon,
I am finishing up a brief contract between buyer and Seller of share in which the d=designated auditing firm from Canada has he above after its corporate name. I could not find it anywhere, even in Canada's Termium Plus government on-line dictionary.
Thanks for your help.
Regards to all,
Richie

: The English translation of "S.E.N.C.R.L, s.r.l." is LLP. See the English corporate name of McCarthy Tétrault, a prominent Canadian law firm. Ditto for OGILVY RENAULT S.E.N.C.R.L., s.r.l./ OGILVY RENAULT LLP
