Nous avons su garder le cap sur la transformation de notre entreprise.
It recurs twice in a speech for an annual general meeting.
garder le cap seems to be normally "stay the course."

However, I can't think of a graceful way to use "stay the course" in this sentence.
You could say "We retained our focus on our company's transformation."
But it could be nicer....
Any inspired suggestions? Thanks in advance.
ps. It is a speech - something that sounds good is preferable
There was in fact a major transformation, so that word should stay (or restructuring - change is not strong enough)

I think you need incisive sentences in an speech, so less elaboration is better in my opinion.
