This is a bit tricky, but as noone else seems to be suggesting anything, I thought I'd have a go. I have to give you the sentence in full as I can't come up with anything good in isolation:

"Throughout the duration of the Force Majeure event and within the limits of the effects thereof, the Parties' obligation to perform their respective obligations shall be suspended, save with respect to the confidentiality obligations."

This is LAME. And 'obligation to perform their obligations' is no good. But it may give you something to work with.
