I can't select text boxes placed over graphics in Word 2013

Ungrouping Apr 28, 2016

Indeed, that's what I ended up discovering: I need to ungroup them in order to be able to select them. Thanks a lot!

And how did you ungroup them? I tried ungrouping but couldn't, because the options to ungroup were greyed out.

Cut the image first... Apr 28, 2016

...then right-click, ungroup, send to front, and re-paste.
