Au sein du Département Intervention, rattaché au Responsable d'Equipe Stopple, l'Agent opération en charge (H/F) effectue, sur l'ensemble du réseau de gaz de GRTgaz, des opérations de perçages et des obturations en charge, afin de garantir en toute sécurité le raccordement en gaz d'une canalisation ou la continuité d'alimentation en cas d'incident ou de travaux.

XX op. sur équipements en charge - which means, as pointed out by Chris, work done on pipelines and other equipment full of gas (under pressure). This is done, yes - it is not easy to empty pipelines, so methods have been developed to dril through a gas pipeline still at 200 bar, as you say.
I seem to recall when this came up before, there were some good suggestions that might help you here.
