Thank you all for your time and efforts.

Interesting link Quite an eye-opener in many ways. I see they had the benefit of some further context - would have been nice if the Asker had replied to our requests. But it was still largely guesswork and the final English slogan is probably worth about what the company paid - maybe 40 euro cents.

Context is essential. Not only do we need some sort of context about the company and the target, it is essential also to have information about how this slogan is to be used and on what media.
Poster campaign? Packaging? TV? Press? Radio? All or some of these? Is its their permanent company motto? Or is it just being used for a one-off campaign? If it is a one-off then there is more freedom in its rendering. I'm not going to risk a suggestion without more context.
B D Finch May 10, 2014:
Agree with Sheila and Janice In addition to the need to know something about the company, what it does and who its clients are, one needs to know how the slogan is to be used, what sort of materials it would be printed on, whether it is to be used in the context of a particular campaign or as a permanent slogan. Note that companies pay a lot of money for the right slogan or logo because of the need to both be creative and fit the particular context.
Janice Giffin May 10, 2014:
agree w/ Sheila Very important to know what sort of company or organization you are dealing with. What are their products/services? Who are their target publics? Generic slogans could miss the mark.
Sheila Wilson May 10, 2014:
you can't translate a company's slogan literally And once you get away from literal translation you rixk mistranslation. You really have to find out why the company chose those words.

neutral writeaway : rather like taking the ball and running with it. imagination and creativity are fine but somewhere along the line they need to be based on the source text
