French to English Tech/Engineering Telecom(munications) RFQ - questionnaire for the Provider
Données services : fournir les statistiques des différents services utilisé par les clients mobiles à savoir principalement le SMS et MMS :
Clients prépayés :
Nombre global
Nombre durant les promotions
Nombre hors promotions
Résultat = taux de gratuité

I've translated it as 'bonus rate' but I'm not confident it's the right term in this context

Enza Longo (asker) Oct 24, 2008:
I'm afraid it doesn't specify how these results are derived, hence my dilemma.
It comes under the heading: Fonctions de Revenu Assurance - Fonctions de Reporting
Jennifer Levey Oct 24, 2008:
It would be helpful to know how 'taux de grat.' is derived from the other data. Is it ('durant les proms' * 100/'nombre global')%, for example?
