On the plea of guilty or no contest form, one section says, "My attorney has explained to me that other possible consequences of this plea may be: .... Priorable (increased punishment for future offenses))".
Is there a direct translation of "priorable" in Chinese? I could always just explain the term, i.e., 未來犯罪必須增加刑罰。

It is also important to note that, if you commit one of the above offenses in Los Angeles while in your car, the government may seize and forfeit your vehicle in addition to the above penalties.31 This is a form of California asset forfeiture.
