torn. = tornillo --> screw (or bolt if it has a nut, in your case I think it is a screw)
C/HEXG. = cabeza hexganol --> hexagonal head
6x20 --> six units of 20 mm long screws (we can only assume mm as the ST does not mention the units of the dimensions)
ARND. GROWER = arendela grower --> grower washer
and again we have to assume the 6 mm diameter of the washer.....
By the way, "....y randela plana" is a mispelling of "arandela plana".
Compare images of the spanish terms with the english ones on google and hopefully you shall see clear evidence.... ;) good luck the source doesn't look to be the best!
