Property investment loan offer
In a letter from a bank offering a property investment company a loan to buy a bunch of buildings. Under "Guarantees" - a list of guarantees required by the banks to grant the loan, and including "Clause ownership ***remontant sur*** l'investisseur".
I am not sure what the ownership clause is but can find out once I know what "remontant sur" means. I presume it means that the investor must be the official owner of the property it buys (and for which it is asking for the bank loan) since this would be logical. Any ideas? Many thanks
