A pro question is anything else... in other words, any question that requires knowledge or skills that are specialized (even slightly).
Another way to think of the difficulty levels is this: an easy question is one that deals with everyday conversation. A pro question is anything else.
When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.
* Note: non-member askers are not given the option of entering 'pro' questions; the only way for their questions to be classified as 'pro' is for a ProZ.com member or members to re-classify it.

A single, tamperproof means of disarming the shutdown function for the entire machinery protection system (except for overspeed hannels) shall be provided for each monitor system, along with corresponding status indication (positive indication, for example, lighted when disarmed) and two sets of isolated external annunciator contacts. The system shutdown disarm may be internal or external to the monitor system. Operation or maintenance of the monitor system in the disarmed mode, including power supply replacements, shall not shut down the machine (see note).
Note: This feature is intended to be used during monitor system maintenance only.

: Смысл ответа непонятен. Что такое "нейтрализация отключения"? В вопросе, к.м.к, речь идет об устройстве отключения системы защитного отключения со светодиодной индикацией. Причем это устройство "tamperproof", чтобы защиту не отключили "неумелые" люди.
