I can't make any sense out of the phrase between asterisks. This is an employee's response to a survey question (Angola). Many of the responses have poor grammar/spelling.

This is of course a guess (but an educated one, if I may).
Não sou nela is prob just an alteration of não só nela. Here the respondent wants to say that the "large job source and job creation capacity" applies ... not only to the [previously mentioned] oil company, but also etc.; but he loses his train of though and takes a new tack along the lines of "... e na mesma situação estão ...", losing some of the new bridging words in the process. Typical cut and paste of improvised speech or quick notes; happens to the best of us.
The next problem is empreiteira, since oil companies are not usually contractors. For that more context (or more guessing) is needed.
