pigmenté +++

French to English Medical Medical (general)
This is a finding from an eye exam (anterior segment):

"Sclère blanche, Gérotoxon, cornée claire, CA calme et profonde, ICP pigmenté +++ sur l'implant."

I believe "ICP" is "implant de chambre posterieure" = "posterior chamber implant" but what does "pigmenté +++" mean?
