English to Spanish Marketing Energy / Power Generation consumer utilities surveys
This refers to a pricing plan that would apply throughout the year (as opposed to a "seasonal" pricing plan that applies only during the summer). The context is this question in a survey:

How appealing would this year-round plan be to you and your household? Please use a 1-10 scale where 1 means “not at all appealing” and 10 means “extremely appealing.”

With "year-round" they mean that the rates would apply throughout the year, instead of a plan they were discussing earlier that had seasonal rates (that applied only during the summer).

Well, yearly might mean that you would sign up for it once a year, or renew it on a yearly basis. I'm not saying it's necessarily incorrect; it's just more ambiguous. I have to be really careful with these market research surveys to get the exact meaning across.

When you say "todo el año" or "anual"...how would it work in the context of the whole sentence? If you said "plan de todo el año" o "plan anual"...I'm afraid the meaning would be ambiguous (it's not a yearly plan, it's a "year-round" plan). I'm looking for something that conveys the meaning that this plan applies throughout the year, and not just seasonally. Thank you in advance!

How would it work in the sentence? "¿qué tan atractivo sería este plan tarifario de todo el año?" It doesn't sound quite right. I would have said something like "que se aplicaría a lo largo del año"--would that be correct?
