Se for sobre Pasquale Scaturro, parece-me que seja de fato uma gíria para "desbocado". Uma opção seria "língua ferina", expressão da qual gosto muito. Lendo o artigo do endereço http://outside.away.com/outside/destinations/200804/pasquale... penso que seja isso mesmo.
