This is an accounting procedure referred to in the reporting package, along with other accounting procedures such as "Investissements", "Capitaux propres" etc.
I know that "activité" can be translated as "turnover", but it seems to me that something broader is meant here, since one of its sub-procedures is "chiffre d'affaires". (The other sub-procedures, if it's any help, are "marge", "sous-traitance intragroupe", "créances clients", "travaux en cours" and "produits constatés d'avance".)
