Subtitling rates

It's been a while since I last did any subtitling with translation. Most of my work of late has been monolingual (En & HoH), so I'm a little out of touch with the current rates.

I've been asked to quote for a job from scratch, (spotting and translation without producing a template first) and am wondering how much to charge. I used to charge £6 per programme minute. Is this still a reasonable rate to ask for? Am I overpriced or underselling myself?
