โดยที่ผู้ให้บริการและผู้รับบริการได้ทำสัญญาเช่าช่วงคลังสินค้า ฉบับลงวันที่ 14 พฤษภาคม 2557 โดยมีข้อความตกลงว่าผู้ให้บริการ (ในฐานะผู้ให้เช่าช่วง) นำ “พื้นที่เช่า” ออกให้เช่าแก่ผู้รับบริการ (ในฐานะผู้เช่าช่วง) รายละเอียดดังปรากฎในสัญญาเช่าช่วงคลังสินค้า (ต่อไปในสัญญาฉบับนี้เรียกว่า “สัญญาเช่า”)
ดังนั้นคู่สัญญาทั้งสองฝ่ายจึงตกลงกันดังนี้
1. ในสัญญาฉบับนี้ เว้นแต่ข้อความของสัญญาจะได้กำหนดไว้เป็นอย่างอื่น ให้คำและถ้อยคำต่างๆ ที่ใช้มี ความหมายตามที่ได้นิยามไว้ในสัญญาเช่า
2. ตลอดระยะเวลาการเช่า ผู้ให้บริการตกลงให้บริการแก่ผู้รับบริการตามข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขที่ระบุไว้ในสัญญานี้ และผู้รับบริการตกลงรับบริการดังกล่าวจากผู้ให้บริการโดยคู่สัญญาทั้งสองฝ่ายตกลงคิดค่าบริการ ในอัตรา 84.00 บาทต่อตารางเมตรต่อเดือน ต่อไปในสัญญานี้จะเรียกรวมกันว่า “ค่าบริการ” โดยค่าบริการต่อเดือนทั้งสิ้นเท่ากับ 413,574.00บาท (สี่แสนหนึ่งหมื่นสามพันห้าร้อยเจ็ตสิบสี่บาท) ไม่รวมภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม ผู้รับบริการตกลงรับผิดชอบชำระค่าไฟฟ้าและน้ำประปาให้กับผู้ให้บริการไฟฟ้าและน้ำประปาเองโดยตรงตามมูลค่าจริงที่เกิดขึ้นในแต่ละเดือน | Translation - English
Whereas the Service provider and the Service receiver has made the warehouse sublease agreement dated May 14, 2014 providing that the Service provider (as the Sub-lessor) has lease out the "Lease space" to the Service receiver (as the Sub-lessee) the detail of which is specified in Warehouse Sublease Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Lease Agreement").
Now, therefore, both parties have agreed as follows.
1. In this Agreement, unless otherwise provided, all words and statements used shall have the meanings as defined in the Lease Agreement.
2. Throughout the lease term, the Service provider agrees to provide services to the Service receiver subject to the terms and conditions herein contained and the Service receiver agrees to receive such services from the Service provider. Both parties agree to charge the service rate of 84.00 Baht per square meter per month, hereinafter referred to as the “Service" and the total service fee shall be 413,574.00 Baht (Four hundred thirteen thousand five hundred seventy four Baht) excluding VAT. The Service receiver agrees to be responsible for electricity and water service costs and shall directly pay for such costs incurred each month to the suppliers |

Names and functions of standard accessories
[1] Water suction hose
This hose is used to either feed water directly from a water tap (faucet) to the pump or suction water from a feed container.
Feeding water directly from a water tap (faucet)
The hose can be directly connected to a hose connection tap for water hoses of 12 mm in inner diameter, wall faucet or universal water tap or other round faucet of 13 to 14 mm in outer diameter (nominal size: 13).
Connect the water suction hose to the faucet and tie with the hose band.
Use the quick connect coupling set for a wall faucet or universal tap, flexible tap or other round faucet of 15 to 18 mm in outer diameter (nominal size: 13).
The water suction hose cannot be connected to faucets of other shapes.
If a faucet of proper shape is not available, suction water from a feed container.
Suctioning water from a feed container
Connect the water suction hose to the water suction strainer and tie with the hose band.
[2] Quick connect coupling set
When feeding water directly from a water tap (faucet), use the quick connect coupling set to connect the water suction hose to a round faucet.
* The water suction hose may not be usable depending on the size or shape of the faucet.
[3] Hose band
This band is used to tie the water suction hose and faucet or water suction strainer.
[4] Water suction strainer
This strainer is used when do self-priming.
Submerge the strainer into the container to filter dirt and other impurities in water
