D.M.

French to English Medical Medical (general) letter
Good evening,

This might be a stretch...

This is part of a letter heading.

At the top we have the recipient's name and address
Then,
Information regarding the senders
(Initials of both senders - doctor and resident)
Then,
D.M.: [redacted]
Then,
Received on x date (happens to be the discharge date)
Then,
Concerne:

And then the letters begins with Chers confrères

Since the information after "D.M." is redacted, I was thinking it must be something typically redacted, but I'm drawing a blank.

I'm hoping I'm missing something simple!

Thanks for having a look...

@dwt2: It would fit... in which case it's probably a number that was redacted, which makes me think it would include "No.," but it wouldn't have to...
Thank you for offering "dossier médical."

Would "Dossier Médical" fit?

Proposed translations

health record or medical decision Dossier/Décision Medical(e)
