This might be a stretch...
This is part of a letter heading.
At the top we have the recipient's name and address
Then,
Information regarding the senders
(Initials of both senders - doctor and resident)
Then,
D.M.: [redacted]
Then,
Received on x date (happens to be the discharge date)
Then,
Concerne:
And then the letters begins with Chers confrères
Since the information after "D.M." is redacted, I was thinking it must be something typically redacted, but I'm drawing a blank.
I'm hoping I'm missing something simple!
